Karolina Adamczyk has been cooperating with the US Embassy in Warsaw as a coordinator of the American Corner Center for Culture and Information in Radom for over 10 years. A graduate of the IV LP International Visitor Leadership Program in the field of Public Diplomacy sponsored by the American Department of State. Organizational director of the National Film Meetings KAMERALNE LATO. A member of the FILMFORUM Association and the Alumni Association of alumni of American scholarship programs. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Social Psychology (cultural studies / media) and the University of Western Scotland (BA in media, Student Award Agency Scotland scholarship). A graduate of the European Academy of Diplomacy (spec. Foreign service). Currently in the course of studies: psychology – clinical. The originator of a series of motivational conferences: PIM: PASSION, INSPIRATION, MOTIVATION addressed to local youth and young entrepreneurs; an initiator of the Build Bridges not Fences educational program – supporting Polish, Ukrainian and Roma youth, as well as many concerts and educational programs. A manager, culture animator and media trainer. Currently, also the host of the radio program – development Tuesday – “LokalsiToMy” – on Radio Radom, in which she talks with invited guests on topics related to psychology,coaching, education and broadly understood self-development. Privately, a lover and owner of (innumerable) German Shepherds. Areas of activity: public diplomacy, media, culture and art.

Urszula Malmon

Urszula Malmon holds a MSc degree in Chemistry. Over the past 10 years she has been cooperating with U.S.Embassy in Warsaw as deputy coordinator of American Corner and as an administrator and adviser of EducationUSA Reference Center. A graduate of an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) in the field of Public Diplomacy sponsored by the US Department of State, a member of the Alumni Association, associating the alumni of American scholarship programs. Throughout her professional life, she has succesfully combined a scientific research background with a passion for English lanuage and culture, and an extensive experience of teaching English to students of all levels, ages and background. In her current role she acts as a liason between the public, local government, different public entities, and the US Embassy. She engages a broad spectrum of people providing advice and services via social media or in person contact. She has extensive experince organizing public events and group activities on subjects relating to English languauge and American life, science, culture and exchange programs. Urszula values her work primarily for people, an extraordinary armosphere, good relations and the possibility of professional and personal development in various areas important both at work and in private life.
