On the 22nd of March, the final ceremony of the third edition of our #AWEinPoland project took place, where the list of awardees was announced. This program is based on a remote “DreamBuilder” training course consisting of 13 modules, complemented by personalized, multi-month training. Participants acquired practical business skills under the guidance of experienced coaches while working on their business plans.
The goal of the program was to support the participants through access to training materials, mentors, business specialists, and the opportunity to connect with business communities in Poland and the United States.
During the Final Gala, we were honored to host Brian George, Public Affairs Counselor from the U.S. Embassy.
This edition of the program included 29 exceptional women and 4 free listeners who received the chance to fully participate in the program, including the opportunity to win a mini grant. Our participants are involved in fields such as fashion, textiles, and a wide range of creative pursuits, from design and crafts to music and photography.
During the pitching sessions, which were the highlight of the program, 25 exceptional women presented their business ideas to the jury. In accordance with the regulations, the jury awarded 7 equal prizes.

- Business photo sessions by Dominik Musiałek,
- The opportunity for “Job Shadowing” alongside Vice President Dr. Katarzyna Kalinowska.
