The second edition of the Eng. Academy for Women Entrepreneurs program has just started! The recruitment process for the program has been completed and the organizers have selected participants of both groups: 18 – 25 and 25 +. 30 women were invited with full rights and 1 free listener in the 25+ group and 15 participants, including 2 free listeners in the 18 – 25 group. Several additional names were added to the reserve lists. All women come from Radom or nearby towns, max. 50 km.
In both groups (18-25 & 25+) there are extremely energetic women who, under the supervision of trainers, will improve their business and interpersonal skills in order to create, present and try to implement their own business plans at the final stage of the program.
The first meeting of the 25+ group with business trainers from Eneba Szkolenia – Aneta Kalbarczyk and Krzysztof Łyżwiński and networking meetings for both groups with BeU trainers – Centrum Coachingu i Rozwoju Integranego – Łukasz Banach, Tomasz Kamiński and Anna Włoszczak are behind us. During the meetings, an action plan for the coming months was defined and the participants were introduced to the subject of effective communication – a skill extremely important both in the business world and in private life.
The participants who qualified for the program proved to be women with great potential and energy to act. They represent various businesses, have interesting ideas and, above all, great enthusiasm for conscious self-development and making their dreams and plans come true.
